At AWS Lawn Care, Young Mowers is our way of giving back to the community by helping teens and young adults learn valuable skills through hands-on lawn care work.
This program is designed to mentor young people — teaching them not just how to cut grass, but how to show up, work hard, communicate with customers, and think like a business owner.
